Each hosting solution carries a different qualifying time-frame for the money back guarantee.

The following list of terms and conditions apply to the Money Back Guarantee Program:
- The refund will not be issued for the accounts terminated because of violation of the Acceptable Usage Policy.
- An email with "Account Cancellation Request" subject title and account details in the body must be sent to cancellation@ummahost.com email to initiate the cancellation.
- Cancellation requests must be put through before the above detailed time frames, cancellations on or after the appropriate time frame will no longer qualify under the money back guarantee (hours, minutes and seconds are not considered, only day differences will be counted).
- Refunds issued to credit cards may take up to 5-10 working days. If the refund is unsuccessful due to credit card processing errors (for example, you changed your credit on file) a refund by cheque will be issued.
- Refunds by check may take up to 2-4 weeks.
